At July Avenue, every tee is made just for you—and we want you to love it!

Because our graphic tees are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to help with size exchanges or store credit if something doesn’t fit quite right.

✅ What We Accept:

• Size Exchanges — need a different fit? No problem!

• Store Credit — want something else instead? We got you.

All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

Note: Sale and custom items are final sale.

🚫 What We Don’t Accept:

• Refunds for fit or change-of-mind

• Worn or used items

• Return requests made after 7 days

🚚 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged. In those cases, we’ll cover it 100%.

🔄 How to Start an Exchange

Email us at support@julyavenue.com with:

• Your order number

• What you’d like to exchange it for

• A photo (if item arrived damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps!

Sizing Tip:

All of our tees are a soft unisex fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed look.
